Why should I attend a Retreat? There are many reasons why not to do something, the better question you should ask yourself, is why you should! Take a moment to listen to your body - how do you feel? Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tired, lost, like you should be doing more with your life than what you currently are?! If so, you are not alone, it is time to change that narrative, it is time to show our families, our children, our friends that when we take time to reconnect with ourselves, we become our most confident selves. The Wellness Farm is a space where you can come and take that time to reconnect with yourself, rediscover your inner voice and continue to thrive long after you leave our farm.
